To promote the launch of the series Dexter in Four , Kitchen BTL developed a campaign that consisted of placing mutilated arms false in butcher shops and trash bins in neighborhoods and Vallecas Malasaña Madrid.
The aim of the campaign Dexter was that surprise people found the arms and read: "Dexter arrives. Four ", a message that appeared on posters that were punctured or attached to this end.
